Mayhem is a 170-page publication created to archive the breadth of Coded Campaigns’ portfolio, bringing together work that spans commercial commissions, editorial projects, campaigns, and experimental image-making. Conceived as both a portfolio and a record of the studio’s creative output, the publication presents diverse projects within a cohesive editorial framework, celebrating the range and evolution of their practice.

The book was designed to accommodate a wide variety of visual material while maintaining a clear sense of rhythm and hierarchy. Clean layouts, generous white space, and carefully paced image sequences allow each project to speak in its own voice, balancing immersive full-bleed spreads with quieter moments of text and documentation. To reinforce the publication’s archival nature, the design emphasised restraint and clarity, allowing the imagery to remain the focal point. Minimal typography, carefully considered sequencing, and a balance between dense photographic spreads and open compositions created a book that feels both contemporary and timeless.
